Euchre Card Club lets you play without an account. If you chose to sign in with Google to sync your progress across devices, you can delete that account and everything stored with it at any time.
From inside the app
- Open Euchre Card Club.
- Tap the settings gear.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you can't reach the app
Email hello@pingit.ai from the address associated with your Google sign-in and ask for your account to be deleted. We'll confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (Google account ID, display name, email address).
- Your synced game data: progress, level and stats, achievements, Tavern Points, pull-tab inventory and unlocked items.
What is kept, and why
- Purchase records. If you make a purchase, Google Play and our payment processor keep a record of it. We are required to retain these for tax and accounting purposes, and they are not deleted with your account.
- Anonymous analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying usage data (for example "a game was completed") is not linked to your account and is not removed.
- Game data stored only on your phone. Deleting your account does not wipe your device. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android settings.
